Lily is a yoga instructor with 18 years of professional experience. Originally from Shanghai, Lily is currently based in Dallas.

When teaching, Lily emphasizes fundamentals, breathing, foundation and working with ailments. It is her hope to help each student find their own best way to practice safely and with patience.

She is a member of the Yoga Alliance, and a certified Reiki practitioner. Lily speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Shanghainese.
